Key Responsibilities:

Serving Food and Beverages:

Accurately preparing and serving food and drinks, ensuring customer orders are filled promptly and accurately.

Customer Service:

Providing friendly and efficient service, addressing customer needs and inquiries, and handling complaints professionally.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keeping the dining area, tables, and serving stations clean and organized.

Food Safety:

Adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and storage.

Restocking and Inventory:

Monitoring and restocking supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Assisting with Setup and Breakdown:

Setting up and preparing dining areas for service, as well as cleaning and organizing the area at the end of shifts.

Collaborating with Kitchen Staff:

Working effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Basic Food Preparation:

Assisting with simple food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing sandwiches.

Following Procedures:

Adhering to established procedures for food preparation, service, and cleaning.
