Manage day-to-day billing operations in the canteen using POS or billing software.
Accurately record and process customer transactions (cash, card, or digital payments).
Generate and maintain daily sales, billing, and expense reports.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of billing and accounting records.
Reconcile daily collections with system reports and submit summaries to accounts.
Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly reports and audits.
Assist in inventory tracking and stock management as required.
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth billing operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred,
B.Com or equivalent
.
Experience:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in billing, accounts, or cashier roles.
Knowledge of billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, POS systems).
Basic accounting knowledge and data entry skills.
