. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating candy production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor candy production machinery (such as extrusion, coating, molding lines) specifically used in ice cream manufacturing.
Follow standard recipes, process parameters, and batch production plans.
Ensure consistent product quality in terms of shape, size, texture, and taste.
Maintain daily production logs and ensure adherence to operational SOPs.
Perform basic troubleshooting of machines and escalate technical issues as needed.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols during all operations.
Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure minimal product wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
within the ice cream industry (mandatory)
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology preferred
Strong knowledge of FSSAI guidelines, GMP, and hygiene protocols
Physically fit and comfortable with standing, lifting, and shift-based work
Basic mechanical skills for equipment handling and minor adjustments
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
