India. Brand: Papabubble About Brand: Papabubble is a Barcelona based-brand aimed at reviving the 300-year-old art of artisanal candy making. Each element of Papabubble candy is painstakingly designed and hand made by candy makers trained in ancient candy making techniques. Papabubble is currently retailed at 9 locations across the country. :

• Assisting Sr. Candy Makers in production of different types of candy \xe2\x80\x93 Hard, Candy, Lollipops, Marshmallows etc. as well as customized candy.
• Assisting Sr Candy makers to ensure desired inventory levels of packed product are maintained at all points of sale.
• Maintaining store equipment and ensuring hygiene standards are met at the candy production unit.
• Assisting Sr. Candy Makers on developing new designs and creating new products.

Skills and Experience Desired:

• Well organized, creative and process oriented.
• Enjoys working with their hands and has prior work experience in a kitchen environment.
• Previous candy making/ confectionery experience, not mandatory but advantageous.
• Food Safety Certification or equivalent, not mandatory but advantageous.
