About GUVI Geek Networks (IITM Incubated)
GUVI (Grab Ur Vernacular Imprint) is an IIT Madras incubated online learning and mentoring company. GUVI was awarded \'Top 25 Social Entrepreneur of the year 2016\' by AFI. We help people learn information technology courses in their native language (English) to accelerate their skills and make them more employable through online mediums. Till now, 1.5L+ students from 11 states have been part of our platform.

About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze customer data and improve customer experience
2. Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
3. Work on minimizing customer churn
4. Work on increasing the course completion rate
5. Handle and resolve customer requests
6. Talk to the users, collect feedback and communicate it to the product team
7. Work on increasing the adoption of GUVI\'s features
