Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Production & Videography (Shooting):

Capture Candid Moments:

Record unposed, natural, and emotional moments during events (weddings, workshops, or corporate sessions).

Content Creation:

Shoot high-quality, engaging videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Technical Operation:

Operate professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals (DJI Osmo), and lighting equipment to produce cinematic shots.

Pre-production Planning:

Conceptualize ideas, create storyboards, and plan shoot schedules.

Post-Production (Editing):

Editing Raw Footage:

Cut, rearrange, and splice raw footage into polished, compelling stories.

Color Correction & Grading:

Apply color correction and grading to ensure a consistent, professional aesthetic.

Audio & Visual Enhancement:

Add music, sound effects (SFX), voiceovers, text overlays, and motion graphics.

Platform Optimization:

Edit and format videos for specific platforms (vertical for Reels, horizontal for YouTube).

Content Strategy & Collaboration:

Team Collaboration:

Work with marketing, creative teams, and clients to align videos with brand identity.

Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on current social media trends and YouTube best practices to create relevant content.

Asset Management:

Organize raw files, project files, and final assets for quick access and reuse.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Software:

Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or After Effects.

Camera Skills:

Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and camera angles.

Storytelling Ability:

Ability to craft engaging narratives from unscripted footage.

Experience:

Generally requires 1-3 years of experience in video production/editing, along with a strong portfolio.

Time Management:

Capable of working under tight deadlines.
