Client set up by following workflows and checklists; client-related data-entry when
required, client accounting including adjustments and year-end journal entries.
Oversight and completion of client bookkeeping including but not limited to,
o providing details for CRA reviews,
o maintaining accurate filings and installments for GST/HST, Payroll (T4), Dividends
(T5), Corporate Taxes (T2), Personal Taxes and Self-employed Taxes (T1)
o bank account, investment account and key account reconciliations and resolution of
outstanding items with input from clients.
Update, review and completion during vacation relief of client payrolls.
Oversight and completion of rebuilding past periods' accounting records from clientprovided
data during on-boarding process.
Support toward financial analysis and other special projects requested by client as directed
by the manager.
Maintaining and enhancing client relations through phone, email and mainly CBOX app
chat.
Completing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual file reviews.
Guiding, mentoring and teaching junior staff.
Working with manager to complete performance reviews of staff.
Improvement of processes and creating work efficiencies for the operating team.
Ensuring privacy, security and integrity within work function.
Supporting efforts to grow the business and increase efficiency wherever possible.
