We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in Canadian hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles while working in alignment with Canadian time zones. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with Canadian employment practices, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Canadian positions (IT / Non-IT as per business needs)
Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients in Canada
Managing offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate follow-ups
Maintaining accurate candidate data and recruitment reports
Ensuring compliance with Canadian hiring standards and best practices
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of recruitment experience with
Canada hiring exposure
Strong knowledge of Canadian job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in
Canadian time zones
Experience in ATS and recruitment tracking
Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with Canadian clients or staffing firms
Exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment
Understanding of Canadian employment norms and documentation
