About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team and work remotely from India as a full-time contractor. As a full-time contractor, you will be responsible for designing and building responsive, high-performance websites for a diverse range of clients across different industries. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate project delivery and enhance development workflows. Requirements include good English fluency, proven experience with WordPress and Elementor, ability to use AI effectively in development, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom websites using Elementor and WordPress. Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline development processes and accelerate project delivery. Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devices and browsers. Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO best practices. Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications. Collaborate with designers and developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing website maintenance and support. Monitor and analyze website performance and report findings to project lead. Stay up-to-date on the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to enhance productivity and speed up development workflows. Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong eye for design and user experience.

Bonus Points

:

Familiarity with uiChemy. Experience building e-commerce websites on Shopify and WooCommerce Experience with other page builders (Divi, Beaver Builder, Bridge, Uncode, etc.). Knowledge of PHP and advanced WordPress theme development. Experience with version control systems (Git). Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience building websites for diverse industries and clients.
