Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Canada-based requirements across IT / Non-IT roles.
Hands-on experience with Canadian hiring practices, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and full-time hiring models (as applicable).
Knowledge of Canadian work authorization types (PR, Citizen, Work Permit, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Canada recruitment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice (Canada), etc.
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and compliance.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for IT roles.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment reporting.
