Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Assist customers with queries, concerns, and complaints, and provide solutions or suggestions to resolve issues.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Skills Required:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory
0-1 Years of Proven experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
