The Campus Trainee - Sales is responsible for engaging existing customers, driving customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration, and creating and nurturing a strong sales funnel to fuel business growth within the assigned territory.
This position reports to the Regional Business Manager and is part of the sales function located anywhere in India post completion of the training period and will be fully remote. At Beckman coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Master's degree in business administration, preferably with majors in Marketing, Finance, or Healthcare.
Successful completion of electronic projects and internal assignments in college.
Keen interest in building a career in sales and passion for meeting and engaging with customers to offer solutions that result in business sustainment and growth.
Adequate knowledge in data analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, etc., and the ability to apply insights from data analysis.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Strong planning and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of laboratory workflows and information systems.
Ability to travel across India and flexibility in working hours.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
