Shree Niketan, one of Chennai's fastest-growing New Age educational groups, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Campus Supervisor and Security Head for our campuses in Tambaram and Tiruvallur.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of campus facilities, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Manage vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
Coordinate logistics for school events and functions.
Serve as the point of contact for any administrative or operational emergencies on campus.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant experience in administration, facilities management, or operations supervision.
Candidates with prior experience in the Hospitality Industry are Preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with basic computing and AI tools for reporting and management.
Flexibility to work on weekends as required for campus oversight and events.
