Key Responsibilities and Job Summary

Student Training & Guidance:

Develop and deliver training modules covering communicative English, quantitative aptitude, analytical reasoning, and corporate etiquette. Conduct mock interviews, resume workshops, and provide mentorship to prepare students for the recruitment process. Assist with summer internship placements and final placements.

Program Development & Implementation:

Design and implement comprehensive campus placement strategies and initiatives aligned with institutional goals. Utilize ready-made training content, such as that from , to ensure effective delivery.

Industry Collaboration:

Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and corporations to secure placement opportunities. Facilitate industry interaction sessions, networking events, and provide students with real-world insights.

Operations & Feedback:

Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. Maintain records and analyze placement statistics and feedback from recruiters and students to continuously improve the program.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
