Role Overview
The Campus Recruitment Associate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top student talent through various recruitment strategies. This includes hosting career days, attending college fairs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and building relationships with universities to promote the company's employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Engagement & Branding: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, career centres, and student organizations to promote the company's employer brand.
Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for internships and entry-level positions.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and information sessions to engage with potential candidates.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, track key metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or university relations.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and hiring managers.
Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple recruitment events and activities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse recruitment data and trends to optimize hiring strategies.
