Campus Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Seminars: Organize and deliver seminars in colleges and schools to promote TransGlobe's training programs.

- Edu Events Participation: Actively take part in education fairs, exhibitions, and campus drives.

- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential corporate/ institutional partners for B2B sales.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with educational institutions, NGOs, and industry bodies.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.

- Reporting: Provide weekly activity reports and forecast pipeline opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Prior experience (2?3?years) in training institution marketing or education sector BDM role.

- Proven track record of conducting campus/ school seminars and participating in edu events.

- Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi/Regional language).

- Self?motivated, result?oriented with good negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
