Key Responsibilities
Campus Outreach & Networking
Conduct regular visits to colleges, training institutes, and educational hubs across assigned regions.
Build strong relationships with college placement officers, faculty coordinators, student representatives, and administrative staff.
Plan and execute campus-level outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, orientation sessions, and career talks.
Lead Generation & Promotion
Promote Kairos Institute's professional courses to students through direct interactions, presentations, and counselling sessions.
Generate quality student enquiries and share complete lead details with the admissions team.
Support walk-in conversions by coordinating with the admissions counselors.
Event & Campaign Support
Assist in organizing career fairs, education expos, roadshows, and institutional marketing campaigns.
Represent Kairos Institute at promotional events and maintain a professional brand presence.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily activity reports including campus visits, contacts made, and leads generated.
Coordinate closely with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth follow-up and conversions.
