Roles and Responsibilities:
? Ensure smooth end-to-end campus operations across multiple functions
? Manage day-to-day operational workflows with a strong process orientation
? Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
? Address and resolve stakeholder issues in a timely manner
? Maintain and manage accurate data records using Excel and ERP systems
? Support planning and execution of operational processes and improvements
An ideal candidate should have: (Skills)
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
? Strong problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset
? Effective communication and interpersonal coordination skills
? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly
? Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools for data management
The Successful Applicant:
? Holds 2-4 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or hospitality roles
? Brings a service-first mindset with a high sense of accountability
? Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills
? Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
