Administrative Supervision
Ensure adherence to institutional rules, regulations, and policies by staff and students.
Coordinate schedules, timetables, and academic calendars for smooth functioning.
Maintain records of teacher performance, student progress, and institutional activities.
Handle disciplinary matters involving staff or students in consultation with senior management.
Student Support and Welfare
Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
Address student grievances and collaborate with faculty to resolve academic and behavioral challenges.
Implement student support programs, such as counseling and extracurricular activities.
Promote inclusivity and equitable opportunities for all students.
Communication and Coordination
Act as a liaison between the teaching staff and administration.
Communicate institutional objectives, updates, and expectations to staff and students.
Build and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders.
Represent the institution at educational conferences, community events, and other forums.
Performance Evaluation
Assess teacher and staff performance through regular reviews and feedback sessions.
Develop strategies for improvement and provide training or resources as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications in supervision or educational management are advantageous.
Experience
1-3 year of Experience in educational Institution
Proven experience in leadership or supervisory positions.
