The Campus Manager will be responsible for the effective administration and smooth functioning of the GIBS Global Campus. This includes managing day-to-day operations, compliance, facilities, and people. In addition, the role will actively contribute to
sales, marketing, and branding initiatives
to support student admissions, corporate training, and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Administration & Operations:
Oversee daily campus operations including facilities, infrastructure, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and security.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and statutory regulations.
Manage vendor contracts, service-level agreements, and budget utilization.
Coordinate with academic, HR, and student service teams to ensure seamless functioning.
Implement safety, security, and health protocols across the campus.
Create a vibrant, student-friendly, and professional campus environment.
Sales & Marketing:
Collaborate with the
admissions & marketing teams
to drive student recruitment efforts.
Support and participate in
outreach activities, education fairs, campus tours, seminars, and events
to promote GIBS.
Work closely with the marketing department to strengthen
brand visibility and positioning
of GIBS Global Campus.
Develop local partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and training providers to generate leads.
Contribute to achieving
admissions and revenue targets
by providing operational and promotional support.
Assist in implementing innovative marketing campaigns (offline & digital) to enhance student engagement and visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong administrative and operational management expertise.

sales & marketing activities
in an educational setting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP/HRMS tools, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Administration, Management, or related field.
7-12 years of experience in campus administration / operations.
* Experience in
sales, marketing, or student recruitment
within higher education institutions is a strong advantage.
