. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges across Mumbai and surrounding areas. You will serve as the primary point of contact for placement officers and SPOCs, delivering presentations and driving placement-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with
placement officers and SPOCs
of colleges in Mumbai and nearby areas.
Deliver compelling
campus presentations
to promote our programs and support placement initiatives.
Travel
to colleges regularly for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building.
Make regular
follow-up calls/emails
to maintain and strengthen partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, reporting, and driving placement drives.
Identify new college partners and expand the outreach network.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, visits, and partnerships.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, and/or Marathi).
Prior experience in campus outreach, sales, BD, or education sector preferred.
Comfortable with regular travel within Mumbai and nearby areas.
Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven.
Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduate degree required.
