Job Summary:

The Campus Incharge will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and smooth functioning of the college campus. The role involves supervising academic and non-academic operations, ensuring discipline, managing staff and student relations, and maintaining effective communication with management and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring academic and administrative efficiency. Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth academic delivery. Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall campus decorum. Organize and supervise college events, examinations, and other academic activities. Ensure adherence to college policies, rules, and safety regulations. Handle communication between management, faculty, students, and parents. Support in staff recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation. Maintain proper documentation and reports related to academic and administrative activities. Foster a positive and student-centric learning environment on campus.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role in an educational institution (preferably PU or higher secondary level).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.

Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage teams effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience working in PU or similar academic institutions. Ability to handle student, staff, and parent queries professionally. Positive attitude with a commitment to educational excellence and student development.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
