In this role, you will work on high impact problems that our businesses face every day and build solutions in collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and define data-centric solutions Understand market landscape and undertake comprehensive literature reviews to identify opportunities & gaps for our products Understand business needs and work with on-site teams to develop new solutions to delight our consumers Build models and develop new methods that can be sustainably utilized by the R&D team to deliver results Partner with technologists to develop and test out prototype solutions Capture key insights and technical findings from research projects and share results & recommendations in a clear succinct manner

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

M.Sc in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Design OR M.Tech in Bio Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Research, or Design Intermediate knowledge of data analytics and computing. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to connect and work with people across countries and cultures. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence. Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, team-oriented environment, demonstrating leadership and collaborative skills. Learning Agility: Ability to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement systemic fixes.
