Duties and Responsibilities:



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Campus Coordinator

to manage campus-related activities, admissions, and student engagement efforts in Perumbavoor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campus management, admissions, and team supervision. This role will involve overseeing the coordination of all campus-related operations, working with both students and academic staff, and ensuring the efficient and successful closure of admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Campus Management:

Coordinate and manage campus operations, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and key stakeholders. Supervise campus staff and ensure adherence to operational policies and guidelines.

Admissions Management:

Track and close admissions in a timely manner, meeting targets and deadlines. Address any issues related to student admissions and provide necessary guidance. Supervise campus-based activities, ensuring that student interactions and support are handled professionally. Ensure effective communication between the administration, students, and faculty. Maintain and manage documentation related to student admissions, events, and campus activities. Proficiency in using Excel and email for record-keeping, reporting, and communication. Organize and assist in student-related events, workshops, and orientation programs. Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth campus experience.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience

: Minimum of 2 years in campus management, student admissions, or a related field.

Age

: upto 30 years.

Skills

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong supervisory and leadership abilities. Proven ability to close admissions successfully and meet targets. Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping using Excel and email. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
