The Campus Coordinator / Centre Incharge is responsible for managing the daily academic and administrative operations of the campus. The role requires strong coordination, counselling, and data management skills to ensure efficient functioning and a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day campus operations to ensure academic and administrative efficiency.
Maintain accurate student data, attendance records, and reports through systematic data management practices.
Prepare and analyse data using Microsoft Excel for academic tracking and reporting.
Coordinate between students, faculty, and management for smooth communication.
Conduct counselling sessions to support students in academic, personal, and behavioural development.
Assist in the admission process, scheduling of classes, and planning of academic calendars.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain discipline on campus.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
Supervise staff attendance and performance in coordination with HR/administration.
Organize campus activities, workshops, and meetings as per institutional goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education / Administration / Management or related field.
2 plus years of experience in academic coordination or administration.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
Strong counselling and interpersonal communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team effectively.
Fluency in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
