Job Description


  • 2 to 6 years of experience in handling Inbound/Outbound calls in an international process.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills would be essential.
  • Detail-oriented, high accuracy with numbers, good experience in MS office
  • Extremely service oriented with a willingness to learn new things.
  • Willingness to work in US shifts.
  • Must have experience in international calling & handling escalations.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time.
  • Independent thinker who is highly motivated and possesses an intrinsic passion for quality.
