Campus Ambassador

for GlobEsync, you are not just a representative; you are the

Chief Mobilizer of Global Opportunities

on your campus. You will be the face and voice of our mission, connecting students with life-changing global pathways.

This is a

full-time, on-site role in Kolkata

requiring a proactive and results-driven individual ready to drive massive impact and earn significant rewards.

Key Responsibilities: The Pillars of Your Success

Brand Advocacy & Awareness:

Represent GlobEsync's mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm to students, faculty, and campus administration. Become the go-to source on campus for global career insights, especially for careers in

German Healthcare

and

Japanese Hospitality

.

Event Management & Workshops:

Plan, organize, and execute engaging on-campus events, seminars, and workshops focused on global skills (Language, Digital Marketing) and specific career pathways. Book and manage presentation slots with relevant campus clubs, departments (e.g., Placement Cells, HODs), and student organizations.

Networking & Outreach:

Build and maintain a strong network across various student groups and faculty members to maximize program reach. Act as the primary liaison between your campus community and the GlobEsync team.

Enrollment & Sales Driving:

Drive enrollment

for GlobEsync's specialized training programs (German/Japanese language, Digital Marketing). Actively communicate the unique value proposition to generate qualified leads and secure registrations.

Marketing & Reporting:

Contribute to on-campus and digital marketing initiatives by gathering campus-specific insights and success stories. Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, event attendance, and enrollment conversions.
Qualifications: What You Bring to the Mission

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program

or a recent graduate with a strong interest in career development and global readiness.

Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills:

Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage large audiences (a non-negotiable requirement).

Strong Networking & Relationship Building

abilities to create and sustain ties with key campus stakeholders.

Proactive, Independent, and Organized:

The capacity to manage campus activities, plan events, and work towards targets with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with Sales/Outreach Techniques

and a drive to convert leads into enrollments. Prior experience in student leadership roles, club management, or similar campus activities is a

significant advantage.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 9 per week
