We're excited to invite passionate and proactive students to become the face of Octopyder on their campuses. As a Campus Ambassador, you'll be responsible for spreading awareness about our company, initiatives, and opportunities within your college community.

This program is designed to help you develop leadership, communication, and marketing skills while representing Octopyder on your campus. You will act as the bridge between your college and our company -- helping us connect with talented students, organize engaging events, and promote exciting opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

- Refer or shortlist talented students for internships and job opportunities with Octopyder.

- Organize workshops, webinars, and events in coordination with our team.

- Circulate official posts, announcements, and internship updates in college WhatsApp groups and student communities.

- Assist during offline recruitment drives, interviews, or product testing sessions.

- Conduct surveys or feedback polls to help improve Octopyder's products and initiatives.

- Support company team members during college fests and on-campus events.

- Promote Octopyder's brand and activities through creative and impactful outreach.

- Take initiative in activities that build a positive brand image (e.g., Swachhta Abhiyan, social drives, etc.).

Program Structure:

- Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)

- Phase 1: Campus Ambassadors work directly with the HR team.

- Phase 2: Top performers are promoted to Campus Head, leading the next batch of ambassadors for an additional 3-6 months.

- Meetings: Regular review meetings every 15 days to discuss progress, ideas, and challenges.
