About Office Of Career Services, IIT Delhi
Pravritti 2023 - Expanding Horizons is the annual career fest of Office of Career Services, IIT Delhi! Our aim through this initiative is to assist students to connect with organizations and industries to gain a perspective on various career avenues.
It will be held on the 14th and 15th of April 2023. We will be organizing many leadership talks, Panel discussions, skill-enhancing workshops, and a day in life among many other events focusing on guiding students with their placement and further career paths.

About the Program
The campus ambassador\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Promoting the organization: The primary responsibility of a campus ambassador is to promote the organization or company they are representing on their campus (this may involve creating social media posts, organizing events, and distributing marketing materials)
2. Recruiting new members: Campus ambassadors may also be responsible for recruiting new members to join the organization or company they represent (this could involve attending club fairs, speaking to classes, or reaching out to students directly)
3. Representing the organization: As a representative of the organization or company, campus ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and uphold the values of the organization (they may also be asked to answer questions from other students about the organization or company)
4. Providing feedback: Campus ambassadors may be asked to provide feedback to the organization or company they represent about how their marketing efforts are being received on campus (this feedback can help the organization improve their messaging and tactics)

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled student: Typically, campus ambassador programs are designed for students who are currently enrolled in college or university
2. Strong communication skills: Campus ambassadors need to be able to communicate effectively with other students, as well as with the organization or company they are representing
3. Availability: Available from the 25th March\'23 to the 15th April \'23
4. Active on campus: Organizations may prefer applicants who are involved in campus activities, clubs, or organizations
5. Familiarity with the organization: It may be helpful for applicants to have some prior knowledge or experience with the organization or company they are applying to represent

Selection procedure
1. Application: Interested students may be asked to fill out an application form, which typically includes personal information, academic standing, relevant skills and experience, and an essay or short answer questions about why they want to be a campus ambassador
2. Review: The organization or company offering the program may review the applications and select a pool of candidates to move on to the next stage of the selection process
3. Interview: Candidates may be invited to participate in an interview, which can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video call. The interview may focus on the candidate\'s motivation for applying, their communication skills, and their knowledge of the organization or company
4. Selection: After the interview stage, the organization or company will select the final group of campus ambassadors to participate in the program
5. Training: Once selected, campus ambassadors may receive training to prepare them for their role (this training may cover topics such as effective communication, event planning, and marketing strategies)
