Role Overview

We are seeking a

War Room Manager

to lead real-time campaign operations and rapid-response coordination. This role is central to monitoring political developments, managing daily response workflows, and ensuring fast, accurate execution across content, media, and digital teams during high-pressure campaign phases.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day war room operations, including monitoring news, social media, and political developments. Coordinate rapid-response communication with content, creative, media, and strategy teams. Track daily issues, narratives, and opposition messaging; escalate priorities to campaign leadership. Ensure timely execution of statements, creatives, videos, and digital responses. Maintain discipline, accuracy, and confidentiality within war room processes.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in

political campaigns, media monitoring, or campaign operations.

Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu's political landscape and current affairs. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage fast-moving situations. Excellent coordination, decision-making, and communication skills. Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call during campaign phases.
