The Comms & Campaign Specialist ANZ is responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. This role involves creating strategies to create compelling messaging, managing multi-channel communication strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement and impact. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness in all communication efforts.

Skills and Competencies: Technical Skills: o Ability to interpret performance data, market trends & customer insight to build brands and inform and execute local plans and campaigns o Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) and digital marketing platforms. o Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) to measure campaign performance. o Understanding of SEO, SEM, and media strategies to enhance digital campaign effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:o Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.o Adapt and execute NOE campaigns, as needed, for local markets.o Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.o Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance campaign effectiveness.2. Content Development & Brand Messaging:o Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, websites, etc. This could include brand marketing campaigns or tactical sales driving incentives and consumer competitions.o Develop key messages and storytelling approaches that align with brand positioning and customer needs.o Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication platforms.o Adapt content for different audience segments to maximize engagement and relevance.3. Digital & Social Media Campaigns:o Manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, email, and paid advertising strategies to enhance audience reach.o Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize campaigns and performance marketing tactics.o Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering brand advocacy.4. Stakeholder & Agency Coordination:o Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and communication initiatives.o Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to develop high-quality campaign assets.o Align communication efforts with corporate objectives and regional marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
