Objective:
To design and manage paid advertising campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, leads, or brand awareness in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Understand internal/client marketing goals and define multi-channel strategies
Design and implement paid campaign plans across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Allocate budgets effectively across platforms and campaign objectives
2. Campaign Setup & Execution
Build, launch, and manage campaigns using tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
Set targeting parameters: demographics, interests, behaviors, custom/lookalike audiences
Develop structured campaigns including keywords, creatives, copy, and A/B tests
3. Creative & Content Collaboration
Work closely with content, design, and video teams to produce high-impact ad creatives
Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand tone
Write or review compelling ad copy and headlines
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Looker Studio for insights
Continuously optimize targeting, creatives, bids, and landing pages for better performance
5. Reporting & Insights
Generate weekly/monthly reports with detailed performance metrics
Share insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders
6. A/B Testing & Growth Experiments
Run tests on different creatives, ad copies, formats, audiences, and placements
Apply learnings to scale campaigns and improve ROI
7. Budget Management
Monitor ad spends and ensure campaigns stay within approved budgets
Reallocate budgets to maximize returns and pause underperforming ads
8. Trend & Platform Updates
Stay informed on algorithm updates, ad policies, and platform innovations
Proactively test new ad formats (e.g., Reels, Performance Max, etc.)
9. Broader Digital Marketing Ownership
Contribute to or oversee organic initiatives like SEO, email campaigns, and social media planning
Coordinate with external agencies or internal teams for integrated marketing campaigns
Skills & Tools:
Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
Analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking
Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Canva, Figma, Excel
Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, creativity, analytical mindset, time management, attention to detail
