Audience & Market Research:
Conduct in-depth audience research to define precise targeting strategies, build buyer personas, and create customer journey maps.
Creative & Copy Optimization:
Develop, test, and optimize a variety of ad creatives and copy. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all assets are high-quality and aligned with campaign goals.
Landing Page Optimization:
Work with web development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions, user experience, and mobile-friendliness.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as
CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates
. Use data to derive actionable insights.
A/B Testing:
Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, copy, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
Effectively manage and allocate campaign budgets, forecast spending, and implement dynamic bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Reporting & Communication:
Generate detailed performance reports, present findings to stakeholders with clear insights, and provide data-backed recommendations for future campaign strategies.
Stay Current with Trends:
Stay informed about the latest platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including
AI and machine learning-driven ad optimization tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and product launches.
