Key Responsibilities
Design and execute drip campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS.
Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements.
Ensure campaigns are compliant with platform and regulatory guidelines.
Configure campaign workflows within the 1ngage platform.
Manage campaign triggers, scheduling, and customer journeys for maximum impact.
Track and analyze campaign performance (delivery, open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI).
Optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix for better results.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign updates and performance.
Provide insights and recommendations through weekly/monthly performance reports.
Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
Share feedback to improve platform features and campaign efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in campaign management / digital marketing / CRM / marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with multi-channel platforms (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, or RCS campaigns).
Strong understanding of drip marketing, segmentation, and automation workflows.
Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in martech or customer engagement platforms.
Knowledge of compliance standards in messaging (DND, TRAI, etc.).
