to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), aimed at acquiring quality leads and improving conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a focus on
lead generation
Analyze performance metrics and adjust ad strategies for optimal ROI
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audiences
Collaborate with the content and sales team to align messaging and targeting
Track and report on KPIs and lead performance weekly/monthly
Build and manage lead funnels, ensuring high lead quality
Stay current with Meta platform updates, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred)
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager
Solid understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign budgeting
Experience in running lead generation campaigns
Good analytical and communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business/CRM tools for lead nurturing
Knowledge of other ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
