Role Summary
Smarklabs Media PvtLtd is on a mission to spotlight India's most promising founders, brands, and ideas. We're looking for a Campaign Manager who can conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that amplify our stories, drive traffic, and build strategic partnerships. This role blends creativity, performance marketing, and media planning -- ideal for someone who thrives in a startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across social media, email, web, and partner platforms
Collaborate with editorial and design teams to package founder stories, brand features, and event promotions
Manage paid media budgets across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and influencer networks
Track campaign performance, optimize for reach and engagement, and report key metrics weekly
Coordinate with PR, affiliate, and sponsorship teams to maximize campaign visibility
Own campaign calendars for product launches, founder interviews, and branded content
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and creatives
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in media, content, or startup marketing
Strong grasp of digital platforms, performance marketing, and audience targeting
Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a lean team setup
Bonus Skills
Prior experience in founder-focused media, startup PR, or B2B content marketing
Familiarity with SEO, affiliate marketing, and newsletter growth strategies
Creative writing or scripting skills for reels and short-form content
