About the Team:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Sales Intelligence team. The role will focus, initially, on supporting the Apex Tigre Business Development team with market intelligence, data acquisition & qualification, email campaigns and virtual assistance. You will work closely with the sales team across all the regions and assist with the target/revenue achievement to meet the needs of the business stakeholders.
You will be reporting to Head of Global Sales Intelligence | Real Estate Products within Apex Tigre Group. This is a hands-on role; you'll be expected to be actively train, execute, evaluate and manage procedures and activities of team members to facilitate the overall sales goals.
Apex Tigre office is in Mumbai, but we offer smart working, with some time working from home, as required.
Key duties and responsibilities

  • Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of email campaigns.
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within email campaigns.
  • Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions.
  • Keep abreast of current trends in email marketing.
Experience and skills:
  • 7+ years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge and experience handling a team previously.
  • Good knowledge of email marketing tools -
  • Good CRM knowledge, preferably Zoho and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Skilled in IT - Microsoft software - Word, Excel, PPT etc.
  • Use of CRM Systems
  • Self-reliant, works with minimum supervision
