The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and community outreach, with proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns, coordinate with partner organizations, and drive measurable results. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in nonprofit, political, or social development projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement campaigns to promote social development programs.
Manage digital, on-ground, and community outreach activities.
Coordinate with community leaders and project partners.
Oversee creative content and messaging.
Track campaign progress, evaluate impact, and submit reports.
Ensure alignment with project objectives and donor requirements.
Build partnerships with influencers, stakeholders, and media.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong skills in social media, and public engagement.
