Job Description

The Campaign Manager will be a key contributor to the DDN Customer Marketing Team, supporting campaign excellence across planning, execution, and performance management. This role will partner closely with campaign owners in integrated and product marketing to manage campaign operations, drive team alignment, and coordinate cross-functional efforts. By taking ownership of operational execution, the Campaign Manager enables campaign owners to focus on strategic oversight and innovation.



This partnership ensures campaigns are strategically aligned with business objectives, efficiently resourced, and optimized for customer experience and measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Operations




Integrated Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to develop comprehensive campaign plans. Facilitate cross-functional input and approvals to ensure alignment and clarity. Channel Strategy: Work with DDN Digital Marketing to identify optimal delivery channels, ensuring campaigns are effective, budget-conscious, and aligned with SEO and keyword strategies. Planning Optimization: Oversee tactical execution across multiple channels, applying best practices from campaign templates and standard work processes to drive consistency, scalability, and performance. Operational Excellence: Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the broader marketing strategy. Continuously optimize campaign tactics to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Execution & Coordination




Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure alignment and accountability. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the COE and shared services teams--including digital, content, marketing automation, creative, and events--to drive efficient execution and resource alignment. Channel Readiness: Coordinate digital execution across paid media, social, email, and audience targeting, ensuring campaigns are launched with full readiness and tracking in place. Operational Integration: Share best practices, align processes and systems, and leverage shared resources to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.

Performance Management & Optimization




KPI Definition & Measurement: Collaborate with campaign owners, analytics, and marketing operations teams to define success metrics and build reporting frameworks that support campaign measurement. Insight-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance across key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to improve program and tactic effectiveness. Dashboard & Reporting Support: Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools that enable visibility into campaign impact and inform strategic decisions. Collaborative Analysis: Leverage expertise across shared services disciplines to enhance campaign performance, share learnings, and apply best practices for continuous improvement.

Strategic Alignment: Translate business goals, messaging, and target audience insights into campaign programs and tactics that drive measurable impact. Efficiency & Execution: Increase team efficiency and streamline marketing efforts through thoughtful planning and coordination. Customer-Centric Optimization: Enhance customer experience and campaign effectiveness by continuously improving execution and optimization strategies. Resource Utilization: Strengthen alignment across teams and maximize the use of shared resources to deliver high-performing campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 5-7+ years in marketing roles, including operations, digital, planning, and execution across multiple business units. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing required; MBA preferred. Expertise: Proven ability to plan and implement reputation, demand generation, engagement, and enablement programs. Leadership: Experience directing shared services teams and collaborating across global, cross-functional environments. Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign performance analysis and optimization. Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing and driving change across teams. Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B best practices, campaign frameworks, and messaging strategies.
