We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused
Campaign Manager
to plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business verticals. The role involves driving brand awareness, lead generation, admissions inquiries, and product visibility through coordinated digital and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Plan campaigns for: 1)Student admissions and academic programs 2) Real estate project launches and lead generation 3) Industrial product branding and B2B promotions
Define campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines
Campaign Execution & Management
Manage multi-channel campaigns including
1)
Digital ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
2)
Social media, email marketing, and content campaigns
3)
Offline campaigns (events, exhibitions, hoardings, print media)
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, digital, sales, admissions)
Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance using analytics and CRM tools
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and channels
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Prepare campaign performance reports and insights for management
Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business outcomes
Maintain documentation of campaign plans, budgets, and results
Budget & Compliance Management
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure cost optimization
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Technical Competencies
Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms
Knowledge of CRM, lead tracking, and conversion funnels
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries
Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
