Role Overview
The
Campaign Manager
at iPley Music will plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase student enrollments, event attendance, instrument sales, and brand visibility across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for:
Music classes (kids & adults)
Workshops (Paint & Play, sound therapy)
Live music events & performances
Instrument sales, rentals & repairs
Design monthly and event-based campaign calendars
Run digital campaigns on:
Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing
Coordinate with faculty, event teams, designers, and videographers
Create campaign briefs for reels, posters, ads, and emailers
Manage local promotions (schools, societies, cafes, hotels, studios)
Track performance metrics:
Leads, enrollments, cost per lead, conversions
Optimize campaigns to reduce cost and improve ROI
Handle influencer collaborations and local partnerships
Manage campaign budgets and vendor payments
Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in social media & digital marketing
Understanding of local marketing & community engagement
Creativity with data-driven thinking
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Google Ads / Meta Ads
Passion for music, arts, or events (preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
1-4 years experience in campaign management or digital marketing
Experience with education, events, or lifestyle brands is a plus
