2. Campaign Execution
Set up and manage digital ads across platforms such as:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
YouTube Ads
Programmatic platforms (if applicable)
Create ad groups, select keywords, manage audiences, and configure tracking.
3. Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and quality score.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience groups, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversions.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign data using analytics tools such as GA4, Google Data Studio, Ads Manager dashboards, and CRM platforms.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
5. Budget & ROI Management
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets efficiently.
Forecast ad performance and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Maximize ROI through cost optimization and targeting refinement.
6. Coordination & Collaboration
Work with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
Collaborate with product or sales teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when necessary.
7. Compliance & Best Practices
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with ad policies across digital platforms.
Maintain quality standards in campaign structure and implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, tracking, and conversion optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), tag management, and tracking tools.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
