Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end campaign operations using Adobe Campaign Classic- Design, configure, and execute personalized customer journeys and workflows- Create and schedule batch, recurring, and trigger-based campaigns across Email, SMS, and Mobile channels- Validate campaign data accuracy through workflow checks, schema design, and data segmentation- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet business and regulatory standards- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain campaign documentationQualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), preferably in BFSI or large enterprise environments- Strong understanding of Adobe Campaign architecture, schema configuration, and data workflows- Proficiency in SQL and campaign scripting for segmentation and targeting- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus- Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills (ref:updazz.com)
