What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Social Campaign Manager Campaign Management focuses on planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations. The role may require for you to have a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation studio, Google DV360 and Responsys.

What are we looking for?

Requirements: o 7-8 years of experience working on social campaigns/ campaign manager / FB marketing in media agencies o Strong digital presence and expertise in emerging channels, as well as several of the following kinds of social spaces: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, Virtual Worlds, Mobile Platforms o Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization o Bachelors degree, MBA Marketing will be an added advantage o Must be flexible with weekly schedule, adaptable and willing to take on multiple priorities o Excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks on time. o Well versed with advanced computer skills for Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Power point) o Excellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisions


Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor o May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside o Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts oResponsibilities: o Participating with the brainstorming, organization and development of social media opportunities o Educating coworkers from other disciplines on our social media capabilities and experience o Overseeing social media accounts and initiatives, ensuring excellence in digital services and project/staff efficiencies o Supervising and leading production resources on social media projects o Working closely with Account Leadership, Business Development and Marketing groups to explore opportunities for new business through social media o Maintaining expertise on emerging social trends and technologies o Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns o Recommend new strategies based on data and testing o Experience in Audience research, audience building and ad creation o Excellent knowledge of Instagram ads manager and other social media best practices o Knowledge on responding to comments, compile campaigns and create content for Instagram o Organize hypotheses and recommendations for enhancing campaign performance o Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus o Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in Facebook policies, strategies, trends, design tools and applications o o o
