Campaign Coordinator - Lin Outdoor Advertisers

Role Overview:

The Campaign Coordinator will manage end-to-end execution of outdoor advertising campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, clients, vendors, and mounting teams to ensure smooth delivery from proposal to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales and planning teams to understand campaign requirements and finalize proposals.

Follow up with clients/agencies for approvals, artworks, and POs.

Issue POs to vendors and track printing and material dispatch.

Liaise with printing partners and mounting teams for timely installation.

Collect and organize photo proofs post-installation.

Maintain campaign trackers and prepare proof-of-performance reports.

Follow up on PO collection, Bill Submission & Collection to clients/Vendors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred.

1-3 years of experience in campaign coordination, outdoor advertising, or media operations. Fresher can also apply

Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic file handling.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
