Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic "Scout" aka "Campaign Associate" to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting Delivery Partnerships through field campaigns, local community engagement, & spreading awareness. If you are passionate about sales and community outreach, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & execute on-ground rural campaigns such as Panchayat meetings, job fairs, BTL activities etc. to source Delivery Partners (DPs)

Present value proposition for Delivery Partners to spread awareness

Ensure smooth onboarding process for interested DPs, including relocation and availability of all resources to start working

Monitor and evaluate field campaigns, collecting data and feedback to assess effectiveness and drive improvements

Build and maintain relationships with local organisations, community leaders, and stakeholders to enhance community engagement

Requirements:

At least 2 years of prior experience in Operations, fieldwork, community outreach, or sales

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Proficient in using smartphones and basic software applications

Passion for community engagement and social impact

Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
