Role Overview:

We are hiring

2 male camp counsellors with ophthalmology background

to coordinate patient flow, provide counselling, and manage outreach operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage eye check-up camps across different locations. Counsel patients about eye conditions, treatment options, and surgical procedures. Ensure smooth flow of patients during camps, maintaining clear communication. Liaise with local communities, NGOs, and hospital teams for camp organization. Assist in awareness drives, data collection, and reporting.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Ophthalmology, Optometry, or related healthcare field. Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi. Willing to travel extensively for outreach camps. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
