Job Description

We are hiring a young and motivated Junior Studio Manager / Video Production Assistant. You should know basic camera handling. If you are a fresher, it's okay -- we will train you and help you grow in the production field.

What You Will Do

Assist in video shoots (setup, support, pack-up) Handle and carry equipment (camera, tripod, lights, audio, etc.) Keep the studio organized and shoot-ready Help in managing shoot schedules and basic coordination Support the team on projects like documentaries, brand videos, podcasts, and social media content
What You Will Learn (Training Provided)

Cinematography basics Lighting setups Gimbal and drone operation Production workflow and on-set discipline Basic editing/file management Basic marketing and content execution
Who We Are Looking For

Young, energetic, and eager to learn Responsible and careful with equipment Good attitude and teamwork Comfortable with physical work (moving gear, long shoot days) Basic camera knowledge is a plus (even phone + basic camera experience is okay)
