Urgent Hiring for Cameraman for satellite news channel

Responsibilities:

Shoot news stories, live events, interviews, and field reports as assigned by the newsroom. Operate broadcast-quality cameras (ENG, DSLR, or studio cameras) with proficiency. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during shoots. Work closely with reporters, producers, and video editors to deliver compelling visual content. Handle live OB (Outside Broadcast) and multi-camera setups when required. Maintain and manage camera equipment, ensuring readiness for field assignments. Coordinate with the technical and satellite uplink team during live telecasts. Follow safety and ethical guidelines while shooting sensitive stories. Occasionally assist with studio camera operations and set arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Videography, or Film Production. 2-5 years of experience in news or broadcast camerawork (freshers with talent may apply). Proficiency with Sony, Panasonic, or Canon professional broadcast cameras. Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and video composition. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, including night shifts or outdoor assignments. Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
Preferred:

Experience in live news coverage or field reporting setups. Knowledge of digital formats and video file management.
