Cameraman

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cameraman to join our creative team for our YouTube channel. This role involves capturing high-quality video content across a variety of formats, including product manufacturing, interviews, street food, Indian culture, festivals, travelogues, and other similar subjects.

Responsibilities:

Video Production: Operate cameras and related video equipment for all shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the channel's visual style.

Camera Setup and Maintenance: Set up cameras, lighting, and other production equipment before shoots. Ensure all video equipment is in proper working condition and troubleshoot issues during production.

Shot Composition: Demonstrate a keen eye for framing, angles, and camera movement.

Lighting: Work with the team to design and set up appropriate lighting for each scene, ensuring bright, clear, and professional visuals.

Post-Production Collaboration: Provide editors with all necessary video files and relevant notes, including preferences for transitions, effects, or color grading.

Creative Input: Contribute ideas for innovative camera techniques, filming styles, and visual storytelling methods to elevate the channel's overall look and feel.

Equipment Maintenance: Keep all cameras and related gear clean, organized, and in excellent working condition.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2yr to 5 years of experience as a cameraman, preferably in digital content creation or the YouTube space.

Languages known (Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu)

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with various camera systems (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras, drones, etc.) and technical setups (lighting, sound).

Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality video work, especially for online platforms or YouTube.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in camera settings, lenses, framing, exposure, and other aspects of videography. Basic knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.

Creative Vision: Ability to interpret creative concepts and contribute original ideas.

Attention to Detail: Strong sense of composition, lighting, and movement.

Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and the ability to take direction effectively.

Time Management: Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Adaptability: Willingness to work on diverse types of content and experiment with new filming techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

YouTube/Social Media Experience: Familiarity with online content trends and YouTube best practices for framing, lighting, and visual style.

Drone Operation: Experience with drone videography for aerial shots.

Live Streaming: Experience with live broadcast or live stream production is a bonus.

Education: A degree or certification in film production, cinematography, or a related field is an advantage ( mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
